Returns Policy:
We hope you are happy with your order but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered.
Please complete the Returns / Exchange Slip that was sent with your order. Please affix the return address label provided on your Return / Exchange slip to the outside of your parcel. Please take the parcel to your nearest post office and choose 48 Hours Tracked Postage or Second Class Small Parcel. £3.35 will be refunded to you when your return is process. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Services Team on info@range-retail.co.uk who will help you arrange a Royal Mail collection. If you choose to email your request, please clearly state your order number, the items you wish to return and your contact details.
We advise you to obtain your shipping receipt until we have confirmed that we have received your return. Please be aware that you are responsible for the parcel until the items have returned to our warehouse.
Reimbursement of the value of the returned goods will occur only once the items have arrived at the warehouse. Please note, from this point, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to be visible in your bank account. Please allow this time to pass before getting in touch regarding a missing refund.
We do not refund the price of shipping at purchase.
Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, all labels intact, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please use the original, biodegradable mailer bags that your item was delivered in. The mailer bags have a second non-toxic adhesive strip, so you can reuse them to return your order.
As standard, we cannot offer returns on makeup pads.
Do I need to pay for my return?
Range Retail offers free returns on all items.
How will I be notified that my return has been processed?
Once we have received your item(s),we will contact you directly through the email address you used to request your refund. We will then confirm that the refund has been processed.
You may request a voucher instead of a refund in which case the confirmation email will provide the corresponding voucher.
